The store I went to looked like it only had one copy of each Waits. No one else seemed interested.
If you bought something today, Newbury Comics gave you a 20% off coupon to use next weekend. There are a few other releases I hope are still on the shelf then.

i didn't participate with RSD this year bc there was nothing on the list that i cared for. but i did partake in some of the sweet deals that online retailers have on the RSD weekend. saved about $40 with a 25% off coupon which knocked enough off of the prices of some wanted albums to be lower than any historical amazon price
Tom Waits BBB is a beautiful collection. Man alive. Sounds great.
Will you be getting this, friend?
teekay was going to hook me up and I should have let him. My deal ended up falling through and I wasn't able to snag them on the day. If I can find them online, I will. Otherwise, I'll just wait until he does the official, non-RSD, boxset re-release later this year. Either way, I'll get 'em.

Smart shopping. I got the LZ 7", RATM live and Bleachers live. Came home and took advantage of a good Amazon deal to get Stranger Things volume 2. A happy vinyl weekend for me.

I believe im the only one that bought it at my record store. I can grab them for you if you'd like. I know the restrictions dont last past RSD.

Are they colored vinyl or anything? Is there a reason to grab them now rather than wait until June?
The next purchases ill make will be of the classics. Im missing some good...."everybody loves this" type of music. Now that ill be living with my girlfrind, im sure we'll have dinner parties and gatherings etc. I am missing stuff like:
Early beatles Elvis Frank Sinatra James Brown Jackson 5
Type of music everyone loves. I can impress the guests with some old school vintage classics. I need more of it in my life as well.
