We make a pretty hearty tuna casserole with orecchiette. I might just make that again tomorrow. Very underrated pasta. Easily forkable with small vegetables. Works very well with carrots and peas.

i am down with orecchiette and any kind of greens. but keeping those little ears from sticking to one another in the boiling water takes dedication

It's easily done once you get the technique down.
do you have any special tricks? i try to put them in the water all separated and then put a little olive oil in the water. but they still tend to find each other again, so i have to break up the hanky panky on the dance floor with a spoon
