anyone out there have an Android phone that they sync with an Apple computer?
Wait, what happened? Did my fix not work so you're abandoning ship?
Haven't tried it yet, just looking further down the road. I'm more and more frustrated with the iPhone (outside the original Music question) and am wanting to switch to Android. But I have an Apple setup at home,

Welp. My itunes decided to take a shit while updating an old ipod I had. Now I have to relink my music folder and all the file names will be fucked up again. Yeah, Apple sucks you guys.

So last night I used two coupon codes from the 10C to download Vegas '93 and Inglewood '98 in the ALAC format. So the download is fine and dandy. Moving them to iTunes is easy. They are filed and I see the full bit rate for each song in all of it's glory.
Then, as they are added, it starts the sync with icloud process. For each one I get an error. Apparently I can't upload ALAC? I know I have a good chunk of my library in ALAC format, and it has been synced. Anyway, I had to do some elaborate work around where I converted each song into AAC at 320kbps. After I did this, I removed the ALAC versions from my library, then they all synced.
So is there not a way to play the ALAC versions anymore? I still have the original files in a separate music folder, and I may burn them to CDR, but I feel like it was a waste to get the ALACs of the shows. I guess 320 AAC is better than 256 MP3, but still.

God damn it, iTunes! You belong to ME! Don't tell me what to do!
It always stops downloading podcasts b/c I haven't "listened in a while." I don't give a shit if I've listened or not. If I see keep downloading and putting the most recent 5 on my iPod, you DO that. Don't stop doing that until I tell you to stop doing that!
Eventually, I'm going to decide to listen, and when I do, I want the most recent episodes, you dick!

I remember someone recommended something Monkey. It was alright, but it didn't handle audiobooks that I rip from the library, and that's 95% of what I use my iPod for. I went back to iTunes b/c if I can't managed audiobooks onto the iPod correctly, the software does me no good.

I saw that on PJ.com they have the '95 vault show available in ALAC-HD. Is that worth it? Will I even notice a difference? I was going to just get the ALAC or CD version of that one. For the 2007 vault show, the HD options are not available. What should I do RM?

I have an iPod Nano with a fried battery that I need to replace. What should I do? Buy one on eBay ($100-$150), buy a full iPod from apple ($200), or invest in some other type of mp3 player and mp3 managing software?
