Make an interesting album. Interesting guitar tones, and inspired sounding passages, a real studio album that has to be recreated live, not songs they think will translate live easily. I don't even care if it sucks.
On a side note, I don't understand the big issue people seem to have with Boom. He only has writing credits for one song, (LBC, which is great) and usually doesn't actually play on the albums. So I understand the "03 in my tree/red mosquito" renditions were unnecessary , but I have absolutely no issue with Boom being in the band as others do. I particularly remember enjoying his performance on the Showbox DVD even though he was very prominent, and never noticed him overstaying his welcome when I actually saw live shows in person.
