:ohyeah!:

This was a great watch on Halloween night. So many great scenes and lines

The very definition of "classic."

It's dumping snow here already, and it's shoulder season which means Big Sky is like a cold ghost town for the next few weeks. So the wife wanted to watch something "tropical," that made her feel like it was sunny out. So we watched Forgetting Sarah Marshall. I liked it well enough when I saw it the first time, but last night I really loved it. Jason Segel is the best thing to come out of the Freaks & Geeks rat pack.

On HBO Go last night and watched The Borrowers from 1997 with John Goodman, Jim Broadbent, Mark Williams, Hugh Laurie, and Tom Felton in his first movie role was there. It was kind of funny watching all these Harry Potter alums in a movie four years before the first one. Also every time they talked to Mr. Potter I laughed. Couldn't figure out Pop Weasley's role in the movie because he was an exterminator who liked the Borrowers but would also try to kill them at the drop of a hat and then tried to save them at the drop of another hat. Lots of lol parts but then again almost every time my wife leaned over and asked me, "Why did you think that was funny?" and I had to explain why so maybe I just have a very easy sense of humor.

After Bone Tomahawk, I was surprised at how tame the violence was early on. Then it got to the final stretch, and it was like, "Ohhhhh, he was just building up to it."

Brigsby Bear.

It was ok...they had a good idea and kinda ruined it. The score was awful.

Get Out is a very good movie. Much better than I was expecting based on the hype. I wish the comic relief friend sideplot had been excised, though.
