My blue apron delivery came a day late this week and I had to throw away all the meat because the ice packs had melted. They refunded me for the week which is cool, and I was able to save the vegetables and rice and potatoes and stuff.

So tonight I cooked up some green beans, corn, and brown rice that would have gone with other meals and made a rice bowl with some shrimp I had in the freezer. It's pretty good.

They refunded me so I'm cool with it. And it was super obvious, there was no risk of accidentally eating bad food when the ice packs were thawed.

I made baked leg quarters and salad. I ate the salad. Oliver Chud somehow got the leg quarter from the back of the stove. Little bastard.
