I think both Shangri-LA-DEE-DA and S/T exhibit a massive drop in quality from their previous releases. There's a handful of good songs on the former ("Dumb Love" is awesome), but I don't return to anything except "First Kiss on Mars" from the latter.

Have these songs been released or leaked anywhere?
Heed the Water Whisperer The Way She Moves You Can't Drive Me Away
"The Way She Moves" has not been leaked, but the other two have (I heard them a long time ago.) I think they used to be on belowempty.com, but not anymore.

Here's a nice little interview with Robert for Billboard. He talks about the Core deluxe anniversary reissue, Scott and Chester's deaths, and writing new music.
Cool interview. I hope they get more demos and stuff from the other albums.
This makes me sad thinking about what could have been if Weiland just got his shit together. They were (are?) such a great band. Even the EP with Chester was very good and I thought his vocal style fit the music very well. I'm just bummed out that we haven't gotten more from these guys.
