My driver is so hit or miss. If I am hitting it straight it is a guaranteed round in the low 80s. Nothing feels better than a straight long approach shot with a hybrid though.

i just want a round in which i don't stop keeping score around hole 12

Just play with two balls for "practice". Are the courses pretty busy around your parts when you play?

Move to the midwest or southeast. I'm playing at decent, but not great courses.
