In youth...

Fri June 10, 2016 3:22 pm

In youth, upon first vaguely tangible cravings, we understand simple inevitable needs, and love is not yet among them. I’ve finally matured into grasping love, coming to know Sherie, as my one true need, satiated. We met serendipitously, one year ago; on a night we both could’ve just as easily stayed home as gone out, not to quench a night's thirst at a bar but learn what it is to be an eternally fulfilled being. Never to assume credit; it must be through some mysterious benevolent graces, be it chance, nature or God; I have received true love, my Sherie.

Logically, that's funny. I'd laugh, maybe even a sensible chuckle out loud, but I'm bummed about no Seattle Temple ticket.

If you save all your bottles and cans between now and then, there's a ticket for you.
