So, Mrs Wease tells me that she would like to have sushi for supper tonight. Excited, I decided to call and order some takeout on my way home from work this afternoon. So, I started calling, and calling, and calling. Every time, it went to the fax machine. So, I decided to just drive over there, place my order, then go pick up the youngest weaseling from gymnastics class, then go back and pick up the food. When I arrived at the restaurant, I see a sign at the cash register that they are not doing any takeout orders Tonight. I asked the lady there at the register if something was wrong with their phones and that I have been trying to call for 40 minutes and her reply was that they turned it off because they're not doing takeout orders. The owner/sushi chef said they would do an order if it was two or fewer rolls. Of course my order had three rolls and other stuff so it was too much for a take-out order tonight. So I asked him do you even want my money? And his answer was two rolls. So, now it looks like I'm going to have to start getting sushi on an even less regular basis since that was the only place in town that does it.

also, what is backwoods Tennessee sushi like?
Delicious. They actually do a pretty good job.
whats your go to?
Depends on hunger level. If I'm not famished, I'll get a rainbow roll with a few pieces of tuna or scallop nigiri. Although, they haven't had the scallops for more than a few months now.
If I really want to eat, I'll get the nigiri with two speciality rolls they make. One is called the Cookeville roll and it is a tempura roll with crystal shrimp and cream chees topped with spicy crab. The other is called a Sam roll and it is spicy crab, tuna, salmon and yellow tail tempura-ed with hot sauce drizzled over it.
I like just about all of it, tho.
