Ithaca Flower Power DIPA - Havent had this, and Probably wont be able to. Ole' Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout - Very good beer, and had it not already been picked when I had to replace my joke hopslam I would have picked it. Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald Porter - Solid beer, but I dont love it. Victory Prima Pils - Not my favorite, but a good choice. Saison Dupont - I dont care much for Belgians. (ive had this one and didnt like it much) Ayinger Brauweisse - .... or wheat beers. (havent tried because I dont really like wheat beers)
vs.
@Skitchp
Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout Stones "Enjoy By" Bells 25th Anniversary Ale Troegs Nugget Nectar Russian River Blind Pig IPA Bells Third Coast Old Ale
Needless to say, Ive had all 6 of mine, and pick my team because it's, you know, my team.
so I've had all but 2 among the 2 teams.
Obviously I'll go with my team too. I'd be happy to send you a Flower Power if you want to give one a try. I'll grab some when my bottle shop gets a fresh delivery and get it right out.
Founders CBS- I'll grab one when they come around WNY again but we get so few of Founders hard to get beers.. I'm sure it's incredible.
Stone "Enjoy By"- Had one and it was very good (4/1/13). Everyone has their favorite IPA and Ithaca's is mine, just a different taste. Nice choice. Troeg's Nugget Nectar is awesome. Another great IPA/Red IPA. Bell's 25th Anniversary is retired according to Beer Advocate. Russian River Blind Pig IPA- No chance of getting this one. Bell's Third Coast- I'll pick one up in PA and give it a try if I can find it. I'm not a huge barleywine fan, especially in the summertime but it's beer so why not?
I tried to pick a variety of styles that are hopefully easy to find so I hope you guys enjoy trying them out. I'd be happy to do some UPS swaps.

vegman Ithaca Flower Power DIPA: Had it. I feel the citrus character has become almost too prevalent since they expanded and I got fresh stuff. Still a good brew though, especially in the summer. Ole' Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout: Had it. This is probably my favorite Imperial Stout... no, it is. Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald Porter: Haven't had it. Not too much of a porter fan. Victory Prima Pils: Had it. Not my favorite style but a solid choice for a pilsner. Saison Dupont: Haven't had it. I have been coming around to saisons but haven't had too many. Ayinger Brauweisse: Haven't had it. Also not much a a wheat beer guy. vs. @Skitchp Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout: Haven't had it. Breakfast stout is tremendous, I can only guess this alternate is fantastic. Stones "Enjoy By": Had them. Hit or miss whether we get a shipment out here but the ones I've had are solid. Bells 25th Anniversary Ale: Haven't had it. Bells has been pretty solid but no CT distro leaves tasting few and far between. Troegs Nugget Nectar: Had it. This is a great beer and there's buzz that CT will be getting Troegs soon. Russian River Blind Pig IPA: Haven't had it. Can probably only imagine. Bells Third Coast Old Ale: Had it. In fact I may have one soon, solid barleywine.
If I had to vote now I feel I'd have to go with vegman, it's tough only having half of the beers selected.

The realization that the true anchor (and probably my 3 favorite beers i picked) on my team has probably only been had by 4 people on the board makes me question my drafting strateg... oh wait. I wasn't even in the damned tournament.

The number of tournaments Argo has fucked into the ground on this board is truly astonishing
