Any of y'all experimented with smash burgers? I don't really have a suitable griddle/hot plate, but I'm hoping to change that.

we've made these a couple times, they're awesome. our stovetop has a griddle fitting that we use, but you can use a pan too.

soma just buy a $30 cast iron that you can preheat in the oven and get piping hot and then put it on the stovetop. so good.

I just started trying smash burgers recently. Love them. No need for a griddle if you don’t have one, just a decent pan is fine
