It’s good, not amazing. I think that normal ham prosciutto is much more complex. The lamb flavor in this, while definitely not overpowering, is the dominant taste. Gonna try it in a sandwich today.

I do not know anything about curing meat, but an instagram account I follow is absolutely taking Bon Appetit's Brad Leone to task in his stories right now for a pastrami video Brad recently published and the whole thing is pretty funny.
