(ICYDK, free-form is the food industry's term for value-added foods that are gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, etc...)

We've been exploring some of these as our toddler has a sweet tooth and we're trying to keep it under control. So far these two are winners:

Keto Pops:

I believe that erythritol is one of two sugar alcohols that don't cause gas, and otherwise don't appear to have any adverse effects for toddlers. These are pretty yummy! A little icy on the inside.

Goodpops (Rocket Pops and Watermelon)

These are both excellent! And ICYDK, fructose-based agave has a lower glycemic index, so it hits your bloodstream slower than glucose-based sugars. Start her day off with oatmeal (water-soluble fiber, which further slows the release of sugar into the bloodstream), and I don't feel bad about giving my kid one of these.

Interesting. I've never seen that phrase but I think we keep a few items like this in our fridge. Though I suspect there's a catch with that labeling.

Ok. Ok.

Now my real question for trag: these are all just desserts on sticks? That’s a pretty narrow category.

We keep these around for emergency situations in the car. Usually when the monster has eaten all the fruit we have. Is this what you're talking about, trag?

I'm guessing he's technically too old for them now that he has teeth, but still loves them.

Why not just go whole food? Convenience and portability, I guess?

Salty motherfucker lately. Eat something.

Just kidding I like the new you. Portland has finally broken you. Maybe it’s because all the restaurants have been looted and burned to the ground there, though.
