i've tried that exact one, but it doesn't work as well with thyme as with rosemary. i think because the leaves are more fragile, they tend to break at the stem.

mine is actually a different model, but same idea. It works really well for thyme.

Just stick the end of it onto a cordless drill. Hold your peeler still and pull the trigger. Done in 5 seconds

this was in no way to be degrading because i actually do look like one most of the time..i just don't know anything about tools and i only trust my mechanic friend, ken, to work on my car

I hate it when places describe a menu item (usually pizza or omelet) with the phrase “kitchen sink”. The image it creates is disgusting.
