i don't remember the name of the place but i know how to get there from our hotel in hanoi..we stumbled on it last time we were there and all the locals were lined up at around 7am waiting for breakfast pho...we stood and line and went every morning 5 days in a row...i can't wait

i usually go with beef but pretty much all of that plus i always get an egg

My go-to is brisket and tendon, then pile on jalapeños, sprouts, and the other veggies/seasonings served with it, lime juice, hoisin, and chili paste. Occasionally I’ll switch it up and get tripe in there. Might go seafood today.
