Also, if you want the crispiest wings you’ve ever baked, mix about a teaspoon of salt with a tablespoon of baking powder and coat the wings with it then let them sit for 15 minutes or so then season them up and bake them. |

Pete you can also try deglazing the pan with some good vinegar, break up the fond then stir it will as it simmers to a gooey sauce |
