Also, if you want the crispiest wings you’ve ever baked, mix about a teaspoon of salt with a tablespoon of baking powder and coat the wings with it then let them sit for 15 minutes or so then season them up and bake them.

Pete you can also try deglazing the pan with some good vinegar, break up the fond then stir it will as it simmers to a gooey sauce
