I've got this kind of mutt leftover soup with Italian seasoning, ground turkey, spinach, pearl potatoes, chicken broth and red pepper flakes heating up right now. Eating it with a grilled turkey and cheese sandwich. Used ghee on the grilled cheese. This lunch is all sorts of comfort food delicious.
