I'm making fun of trag, but I need to remember that it was in Maine that I made the biggest dining while travelling blunder of my life.

We were driving en route from Boston to the White Mountains and in no rush. The guys in my car and me decided to go out of the way to see the coast and get some good food. We stopped off in Kennebunk for some lobster rolls. I had never had a lobster roll, but neither had any of the other guys. So they each ordered lobster rolls, one by one. I was the last to order, and I had also never tried haddock. See where this is going?

you fucked up, but there are also a lot of sub-par lobster rolls out there. just tell yourself that your friends got bad ones.

That's what I tell myself every time I wait in line at the Maine-ly Sandwich truck.

Tonkatsu for sure. I've had Shio and liked it but that's harder to find in the States.
