I'm more thrown by the blanket statement about adding cheese to food. Like buddy, are you okay?

It's such a weird sentence because like, okay, cheese is an addendum. You add it to the macaroni. Now what do you have?

Ingredients:
1 pound elbow macaroni
1 cup whole milk
2 12-ounce cans evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup butter, cut into small pieces
½ pound Colby cheese, grated
½ pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
½ pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
½ cup sour cream
Salt, to taste
1 TB white pepper
1 TB sugar
1 cup grated mild Cheddar cheese for the topping

Instructions:
Heat oven to 350° F. Prepare a deep sided 9×13 pan by coating with cooking spray. Set aside.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt, and cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until tender. Drain and transfer the macaroni noodles to the baking pan.
While the macaroni is cooking, combine the milks and eggs in a large bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Add the butter, cheeses, sour cream, salt, pepper, and sugar and stir to combine. Pour over the macaroni and stir to combine. Top with the grated mild Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown

Cook it for the full 45 minutes or even a little more. Very fattening and bad for you but very delicious.

i made this tonight and it was a big-titted hit

Matt Judon is my new favorite Patriot. The last bit made me laugh.

"We’ve gotta get macaroni and cheese off the table, all right guys? It’s just cheese and noodles. I’m getting on my soapbox. It’s just cheese and noodles and it’s not that good. Let’s be honest guys: Everybody here is probably a little lactose (intolerant) so it messes up our stomachs and we’ve got to get it off the table. It’s probably one of the most overrated dishes.

I have never liked macaroni and cheese. And you know how they say, ‘Your taste buds change every seven years?’ Every time I try it, it’s the same thing and it’s never going to change and it’s never going to get better. I’m almost 30 now, I’m set in my ways, and it’s disgusting. Get it off the table. The bathrooms will be less busy and everybody will have a better day. So if you want to have a good Thanksgiving, don’t cook macaroni and cheese.

My whole family loves it. My brothers and sisters. My mom cooks it, big pan. They know not to put it on my plate or that’s fighting words. I’m going to have to fight everybody in the house one by one. And I’m going to wait until they eat their macaroni and cheese, get sluggish, then I’ll whoop them.”
