Urban Harvest had some good looking kohlrabi at the market yesterday but I just couldn't pull the trigger. No idea how to prepare or cook that vegetable. I've only ever seen it on pickle plates.

I just ate a salad with mango and yellow beets. The only thing besides flavor that distinguished the fruit from the veggie was a close look at the texture.

Do very little with it. Chop up the stems and leaves, quick sauté in a pan. Serve with protein and carb.
