Do you guys have any experience with brandy?

I've come to love it, but have really only bought Christian Brothers.

What other brands should I try that won't break the bank?

Got a bottle of Corner Creek Bourbon this week. It’s just ok.

What other brands should I try that won't break the bank? it's a very broad category, with cognac, eau de vie, and other "pommices" all being variations on the theme of fermented fruit. Laird's Applejack is a great bang-for-your-buck bottle, though for summer i'd be more into a pear brandy.
