Got a gift card at Xmas to a fancy little import type of place. Stocked up today on primo olive oil, shoyu, crispy shallot condiment, couple other things. Nice to feel like staple meals will get a nice bump without me having to pay for it.

I’ve been really using a lot of Szechuan chili crisp (or chili oil) lately. Goes especially well with fried eggs.
