Looking for some solid, healthy smoothies recipes. Anyone have some faves? Never been in the smoothie game before, but when I made them they were all 100% fruit based. Looking for some that I can have for any meal.
So … you’re trying to get more … regular? Am I reading this right?

Step 1: Break a ton of ripe bananas up into chunks and toss them in the freezer. For every single smoothie portion, you'll want one entire frozen banana (that's like 5-6 chunks in my house).
Step 2: Get a couple good non-dairy milks. We really like Elmhurst Walnut milk, and whatever brand of unsweetened coconut milk is in stock.
Step 3: Get some combination of those frozen Acai packs, frozen blueberries, frozen avocado, and as doug suggested, some of the Pitaya brand dragon fruit/jack fruit/passion fruit, etc.
Step 4: Get some chia seeds, peanut butter or almond butter, and flax seed. Maybe some maca powder (for inflammation) or CBD oil (inflammation + stress).
Step 5: Knock yourself out and have fun. The key is to always have frozen bananas, 1-2 frozen blending fruits, 1-2 different types of milk, and a pantry stocked with the dry ingredients (chia, flax, etc). We do some sort of smoothie every single day and there are no hard and fast rules other than to have a few different things on hand that you find go together well.
Here are a few staple recipes in our house:
Acai bowl One frozen banana One frozen acai pack Frozen blueberries Coconut milk
Blend until smooth, then top with granola, chia seeds, flax seed, big dollop of PB, fresh fruit

I've taken trag's banana/avocado smoothie recipe and added frozen pineapple to the mix for a late afternoon snack. It's very good and can be easily made.
