Mrs. Skitch has decided she loves soft pretzels so she made her own last night from scratch for the first time. A little oversized, but incredibly good

Yes, I won’t replace bread with this, but it’s a nice alternative. Probably good with beer.

I tried it with some butter, ham and gouda.

Just tried this. Very good, can definitely taste the meat more. That said...I still think pretzel buns are better. Just can’t beat that texture.
