Used a wok to fry some bacon with pineapple, farro & scallions last night. While getting the farro soft I threw in a little tamarind powder.

This resulted in a hearty take on the spam fried rice that my wife likes to cook us for breakfast. The tamarind and pineapple inject some tartness to stand up to the salty bacon and farro. Throw an egg on top and all is right in the world.
