I bought that for a party last weekend, and the host was trying to pronounce it. I was like, "what the fuck are you talking about? It's Unita."

Turns out ... it's Uinta (some valley in Utah). I've been touting Unita as one of my favorite breweries for a year.

Green Flash and Victory are two that should have made my list.

Ah, I misspelled it.

It's funny, I only knew how to pronounce it and knew where it was from initially because I camped there with my family as a kid in Uinta National Forest, and as a ranger was giving a talk he mentioned to us the Uinta squirrels to which some lady spoke up and said.... well not really I was just curious.

So, that joke works with beer too. Indeed it's Uinta. For the record, I had to correct my self twice in this post too. I still can't spell it right.

I think I left out some in Asheville too. Highland and French Broad.

So many good ones. I like that you can still find new good stuff everywhere.

There's one here in Georgia called Burnt Hickory Brewery that I haven't made it up to yet, but I think they could hit it big eventually. Anyone that loves punk music and beer and does a collaboration with the supersuckers can't be that bad. I hear really good things but it's harder to get out to beer events with a child.

i've only had Rayon Vert, West Coast IPA, and Double Stout from Green Flash, but if the rest of their slate is as good as those, i'd probably find a way for them to crack my top ten
