I seldom sleep very long after drinking all night. I usually wake up from dehydration after a few hours and the shame of what I did the night before keeps me up.

I don't know, it's been happening since I was a teenager.

I turned down drinks last night for this reason, only had a glass of whiskey immediately before bed. Slept like a baby.

i was horribly hungover thursday after a work event wednesday night. i haven't been that rough at work for quite some. brutal.
