After having had my first dose of "Klamath blue-green algae" this morning, and then going down the internet's rabbit-hole for this and similar supplements, I've just ordered some of that stuff and something else called moringa.
I think I just might turn into a superhero overnight, team.
If you aren't getting enough of a certain nutrient, than you should change your diet.
I was about to say this as well. You should be able to get most of your nutrients through regular food. However, this really isn't the case for some people.
My girlfriend just got her masters in ayurveda and she takes certain supplements at certain times of years. Or when she feels she is lacking in some aspect for any particular reason.
Its not black and white. I wouldnt depend on supplements for continually support but they can be a boost when your body needs it.
I want those B vitamins, phyto nutrients, and mega antioxidants that are tough to get from my normal diet.
