i've always found the spaghetti squash substitute to be disappointing

this soybean pasta, however, has worked out great as a substitute. and it is loaded with protein and fiber:

Do you have a gluten or wheat allergy? If so, my wife found a pretty good gluten free pasta that I really enjoy as someone who doesn't have an allergy

Made a batch of veggie chili, and a slow cooker Italian chicken pasta last night for our meals for the week. Zero confidence in the pasta, it didn't smell great this morning when I woke up. But at least it wasn't too pricey to make if it sucks. I'll still it though since I'm a miser :)
