Wednesday is my delivery day, but I had takeout tonight.

Ours is Tuesday.

The pork is very delicious. Be careful on salting the greens. The directions call for salting 2-3 times. They were on the verge of being too salty. The salsa is yummy as is the rice. I'm gonna do the rice again with other meals.

have you ever tried that in a slow cooker? it's awesome. you have to brown the thighs first. but it's top notch.
