my method is usually 2.5 hours on the smoker (first saucing/lacquering at the 2 hour mark), then 1 hour in foil (second saucing/lacquering when it's removed), then about 30 minutes back on the smoker

sadly i do not, I buy about 3 or 4 different ones from a local maker here..you?

i make the one that i use for slathering on the ribs, it's great: pickapeppa sauce, the adobo liquid from a can of chipotle peppers, a small can of pineapple juice, honey, and worcestershire sauce. adjust the ratios according to taste.

the only sauce i buy is the one that oklahoma joe's (now it's called "Joe's KC") makes, but i usually just use that for like grilled chicken
