I went a bit mad in the kitchen the other night. I got six spuds. Boiled them. Melted some butter and browned four cloves of garlic and some fresh rosemary in it. Chopped up loads and loads of white mature cheddar. Threw it all in with the spuds and mashed. Made like a (very cheesy garlicy mash potato supreme.
Did I invent something or this a thing? It was delicious too
