Just braised an entire head of cabbage with some crispy bacon, a yellow onion, apple cider vinegar, a little chicken broth, and some salt and pepper.
Gonna squeeze some whole grain mustard all over it for dinner tonight and live life.

I'm thinking of making some waffles and eggs tonight for dinner. My wife is out of town tonight and I'm hungry for breakfast.
