Homemade Spinach pasta and Ragu with pancetta, pork, and beef. All sorts of spices and tastiness. Carrots, onions, parsley, tomato paste, cherry tomato, garlic, bouillon...

Fucking amazing. I'm never not making homemade pasta.

We do these teriyaki salmon bowls from serious eats pretty often. Sushi rice, king oro, avocado, cucumber, scallions, black sesame seeds, teriyaki sauce.

Do you use coconut milk instead of cream? We made that change after a few times and didn’t even notice the difference.
