I’ve never seen either of those available to purchase and prepare at home. And I’ve never even had foie gras

I have this amazing, small specialty grocery store near me that sells all kinds of cool shit. I get all my steaks there, and they have tons of specialty meats and stuff like this. Trying to branch out some more.

Foie gras is incredible, by the way. Try it.
