Ate this traditional meal for the first time ever today:

Was curious after hearing about it for years. It's traditional in a different part of the country, than where I am from. Of course I've eaten potatoes, rutabaga salad, thick bacon and bechamel sauce, separately before, so no major discovery. Still they went well together, and it was a fine meal.
