trying a crock pot lasagna today...i'm excited.

I would be MORE excited if we put meat in it...but my girlfriend isn't the biggest fan of meat.

yeah, i've never added water; plenty of juice from the fat on the shoulder. actually, i trim and remove about half the fat an hour or two in because, otherwise, it's too greasy for my tastes.
