So the meatloaf was really good. The cheese was mixed in, so it wasn't 'cheesy' but had a cheese flavor that was nice. I also tried a new mac 'n cheese recipe in the crock that was outstanding. Really, really creamy but not runny.

Made buffalo pulled chicken in the crockpot yesterday. Used wing sauce, packet of ranch mix, butter, onions, green bell peppers, and diced jalapenos and green chiles. The wife is pissed I made it so spicy.
