Is there any thing else in the coffee world that smells as good as the aroma from the initial blooming of the grounds when making a pour over?

I’ve got a place a few blocks from my house that serves really, really hot coffee. I’ve figured out that the breeze generated while riding my bike is just enough to cool the cup off before I get home. It’s the little things. |
