These Honduran beans from Aldi are surprisingly good. You can find them for twice the price on ebay and that still comes out to something like $8 a bag before shipping and tax. I posted about them elsewhere and have no qualms from an ethical standpoint buying them, despite the low price tag and the easy availability. They are certified fair trade and that's good enough for me.
picked these up from the Aldi. what a steal
i just need a bigger grinder - something that can do a whole bag all at once.
anyone have any recommendations?

Last night I had a fever that topped out at 103.7*
By this morning I was quite a bit better but I took the day off work to chill at home and rest. For the first time I can remember in probably 15 years I went the day without coffee.

what’s your coffee of choice 360’er?
Just picked up a bag of Allegro beans from the Whole Foods, Columbian single origin or something like that. I may be biased as a Philadelphia nationalist but I do like La Colombe. For my birthday last year my MIL got me one of those coffee subscription things and it was phenomenal, though I couldn't justify the $26 per bag.

How fast do you go through a bag of beans? For me 12 oz lasts about two weeks, and at $26 a pop I might as well just go down the street and have someone else make it for me.

Poor Mickey. He left before I could answer his question.

i dont have time for bespoke grinding sessions
and my overhead-cabinet-to-kitchen-counter height is not conducive to a machine with a built-in top loader
but after i grind i put it back in the freezer which does a good job keeping it tidy

what’s you’re clearance? we have only have 17 inches of clearance and the breville barista touch with the burr grinder on top still fits (total is 16 inches).
the problem with grinding ahead of time is you’re working with coffee that’s isn’t as fresh as when you grind it at the time of brew. it may not be big deal for some, but it’s definitely noticeable for others.
