Cider place was closed for a party last night (and they didn't bother to update their FB page or website), so we went to AZ Wilderness again because they tapped 3 new sours last week. Pine Mountain Sour (below) was spectacular. It has a super bright spruce tip finish that's just incredible.

Sitting at restaurant, waiting for hubby to get off work. I'm having a couple of different IPA's by Collective Arts Brewing. First was a DIPA, called IPA No. 5. Next I'm going with their hazy IPA called Life in the Clouds.

Normally not a huge fan of Belgian Tripels, but this didn't have the overly sweet finish most of them have. Really refreshing despite being almost 12%.
Holy shit balls, doone. That’s a hell of a lineup. I need to check my calendar and see if I can go to that.
As far as the list goes, I’ve sampled beers from a large portion of those breweries, so I can’t comment on all of them. I will say that these are some of the absolute best from that group. Let me know if you have questions about a specific brewery and I’ll answer that directly.

The bartender told me they aren't allowed to reuse the magnets. Doesn't seem cost effective, but they said they get more beer and way less head out of a keg.
