Best laid plans... due to a sick child we cut our SD trip short. Went to the main Modern Times facility/distribution center and Bay City Brewing in a super sketchy area of SD. Modern Times was amazing. Had 3 beers... Rose Fruitland sour (picture), a hazy IPA and a brut/NorCal IPA. The brut was trippy, dry AF with very little hoppiness.

I've been spending a lot of time in Wilmington, NC lately. They have some breweries there that are outstanding. My favorite is Wrightsville Beach Brewery.
