I sent Nate some beer but I haven't heard anything from him. I think he isn't happy with the selection I sent him.
Not at all friend, I was just coming in here to post that I'm very happy with the selection. Some thoughts:
Bell's Two-Hearted Ale-Many of you know about this one and I've had it before, so not much to say. Simply one of the best IPAs around.
Bell's Best Brown Ale-Deliciously smooth with a nice caramel/hazelnut finish. Very good.
Founders Harvest Ale-A good IPA but not quite as memorable as the other Founders stuff I've had.
Westbrook White Thai-I don't normally like white ales but I actually loved this one. The ginger and lemongrass work perfectly with the style too. Would love to drink a lot of these on a hot day. My girlfriend loved it as well.
I'm saving the Founders Breakfast Stout and the Southern Tier Creme Brulee for the NFL Conference titles this weekend. Pretty excited. Thanks again dude! What did you think about yours?

I haven't had all of them. The Abita Pecan was good. The Alaskan Winter was absolutely awesome. Love the flavor the spruce tips add, almost like a harvest ale.
Re: the White Thai. I'm the same way with white ales but I love it too. I sent some to Reid and I think he's hooked as well.

I have another box in the mail to Reid, and now I'm saving up different beers I know doug rr likes but can't get so I have trade value for a Pliny the Elder.

Don't sit on those for too long -- they need to be consumed within 2 months of brewing for optimal awesomeness.

First beer since kicking the flu jumps right to the top of my list. Ballast Point Victory at Sea Porter. Vanilla and coffee perfection at 10% abv. Try this.
