It's all good fun to bash on bammer for this, but let's not forget that everyone has to start somewhere. It's not like Seattle has a huge beer scene or anything.

What bammer is used to at his "beer store"
Ha! Would you believe I’ve never tried a Whiteclaw?
This reminds me...
My best friend (Ruddo you’ve zoomed with him ... Bi_3 and M_D have met him, so has Satan’s Taco if you’re out there. Actually the rest of you RMpalooza in Missoula freaks may have met or seen him briefly at the Rhino) ... anyway he is now in high end wine imports, but he got his start selling beer - Coors Light to be exact - to grocery and convenience stores. Eventually worked his way up to bars and restaurants. In fact he had me out to an Irish bar on St Patricks once, not telling me he was working that night and at one point he had me out in the back alley helping load kegs off the delivery truck. Fucker. That night I played Nutshell on the house band’s equipment which ended up getting me laid but that’s another story.
I digress.
He will talk your ear off if you let him anout the unique qualities of these exclusive wines. I have no use for this information but most people seem pretty interested. I just need to know if the wine is white or red. So back in the day he used to talk about shitty light beer the same way. I always love to give him a hard time about it. We’re out at a bar and I decide to give him a Coors Light / Bud Light / Miller Lite blind taste test. I go up and get three pints and put them out on the table, A, B, and C. He tried them and of course identifies the Coors Light as the best one, blah blah blah, the other two aren’t as good, blah blah blah, he was pretty animated about it. I have always preferred Miller Lite between the three, and if you gave me this test I’d like to think I would pass it. Or would have 15 years ago anyway.
It was pretty funny after the taste test when I revealed to everyone at the table that all three beers were Coors Light.
