I just discovered a cream cheese made with skyr yogurt. It is phenonmenal. Arla is the brand. |

Much more mild tasting than a traditional cream cheese. Not as... sharp? Not sure if that is the best way to describe it. It is wonderful on a bagel with some good lox, it really lets the flavor of the fish stand out. |

Some recent finds at Trader Joes: very good, but very sharp and strong. Goes well with some honey. Just a good manchego delicious goat's milk cream cheese. Also, not at TJ's but some of the best pre-packaged sliced cheese for sandwiches you can get:
