I just ordered 200 grams of the cheese that won the world championships in 2016, Kraftkar. Tasted it last weekend, and it was out of this world. Few things beat a really good cheese. I also ate a really great Manchego with a little jam and biscuit. Just hit the spot. Edam, Gouda, Chevre, Parmesan, Cheddar, Jarlsberg. What's your favorite? |

Bought some small cheeses today. Tierno, Iberico Curado, Manchego El Pastoreo, Semicurado and a Chaumes, with two types of biscuit and two types of jam made for cheese. |
