Am familiar with a handful of these places, but am especially excited for our beloved Wild Crumb to get a nom for their bakers. We go there at least once a week, and it's probably the most consistently awesome bakery I've ever been to.

I can't imagine what a James Beard nominated oyster house in San Leon, TX looks like. One of the more absurd things I've ever seen in the Beard world.
