Topo & bitters is a fun drink. Three dashes orange bitters and a dash of angostura with some fresh lime and you've got a poor man's La Croix on the fly. Infinite possibilities if you're willing to invest in a sizeable bitters collection.

A friend of mine has opened a shop for AF products that he's hoping to turn into a hangout space as it grows. Personally I think the space itself needs a lot of work because it toes an awkward line between retail and living room den, but the idea has a lot of potential. I follow a place in LA on instagram that looks like they're doing it successfully.

That rice lager was delicious too. The ramen place used to carry just that, but as of today they had lost that from their menu, but added the regular IPA, the hazy IPA, and the stout.
